Version 3.0 of the MPEx applet should run on any web browser with a Java Plug-in corresponding to J2SE 1.4 or higher. If you have any problems in this regard, please let know about it and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Likewise, the Web Start version of MPEx should work with J2SE 1.4 or more recent Java runtime environments. If you have any problems, we'd like to know.

Public Packages Used by MPEx

We are pleased to acknowledge and thank the following individuals for their Java packages:

• Java Package Graph by Leigh Brookshaw (Copyright (C) 1995,1996 Leigh Brookshaw) was used for the plotting region. The package was originally written for an early version of the Java libraries and has been modified to replace deprecated code and updated from the old inheritance-based event model to the delegate event model to be more compatible with the Swing libraries.
• JDBC MySQL driver classes for MySQL database connectivity by Mark Matthews.
• BrowserLauncher.class, by Eric Albert, was used for accessing system browsers (MPEx application).
